How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every £1 spent on the items in your order at daltons2wheels.com. Delivery charges don't earn points.
Do I need an account?
Your points follow the email address you check out with, so they build up even before you sign in. To see them and use your codes, sign in with that same email. Signing in for the first time also gets you your £5 welcome code.
Do eBay or in shop purchases earn points?
No. Points are earned on orders placed on our website, daltons2wheels.com.
When do my points appear?
Straight away as pending. They become ready to spend 30 days after your order, once it's past the return period.
How do I redeem points?
You don't need to do anything. Each time you have 500 points ready, we create a £5 code and add it to My rewards. Our system checks every hour.
How long is a code valid?
12 months from the day it was made. The expiry date is shown next to each code.
Can I use more than one code on an order?
One rewards code per order.
Is there a minimum spend?
Only on the £5 welcome code, which works on orders of £25 or more. Points codes work on any order, but if the order is worth less than the code, the rest of the code isn't kept.
Do points expire?
Points stay on your account as long as you place an order with us at least once every 24 months.
What happens if I return something?
The points earned on the returned items are taken off your balance.
How does the monthly photo competition work?
Post a photo of your order, or your bike wearing our stickers, on Instagram or Facebook and tag @daltons2wheels or use #daltons2wheels. Each month we pick our favourite photo and the winner gets a £25 Dalton's voucher. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Free to enter, no purchase needed. We'll contact the winner by message and may share the winning photo with credit.
I can't see my points. What should I do?
Check you're signed in with the email address you ordered with. If something still looks wrong, WhatsApp us on 01570 574554, email arron@daltonsatvs.co.uk or ring 01570 470 022 and we'll sort it.
