Changed your mind?

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just contact us first on 01570 470 022 or arron@daltonsatvs.co.uk so we know to expect it. Return postage for change of mind returns is paid by the customer.

Faulty or wrong items

If we have sent the wrong item, or something arrives damaged or faulty, we will put it right at no cost to you. Contact us as soon as you can and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, including your return postage.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened oils and fluids, or underwear such as Kecks where the packaging has been opened, unless faulty. Gift cards are non refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
